Insights from the PayTech Women Leadership Summit

Attending conferences has a unique way of igniting and inspiring, and the PayTech Women Leadership Summit was no exception! Through impactful programming, I had the privilege of interacting with and learning from exceptional women in the Payments/Fintech industry. This experience has provided me with invaluable insights that I'm enthusiastic to share with you.

My biggest takeaway from the event is the importance of having the audacity to both do and be! Additionally, as leaders, we must be deliberate in our efforts to support other women, whether through mentorship, allyship, or sponsorship.

During a session in which I had the honor of being a panelist, we discussed the crucial significance of creating a psychologically safe environment in the workplace. This is paramount for the well-being and success of employees. Leading with empathy is key, recognizing that we are all humans who bring our unique strengths and experiences to our roles. It's not just about what we bring to the table, but also who we are as individuals.

Throughout the conference, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with my amazing colleagues from the Money 20/20 Rise Up/Amplify program and was delighted to meet the CEO of PayTech Women, Wendy Holiday. I would like to extend my gratitude to JPM for sponsoring my participation in the conference, and I'm grateful for the connections I made with my JPM and industry colleagues, both new and old. #Payments #PTWSummit #Leadership #JPMorgan
